Regarding Dolores, she probably would need to be merged then with one of the other grandmothers already on the tree. Maybe with the one from W WDC 111-02, since that one hasn't a name yet. 

I think we should only add another husband to Matilda if we have at least some kind of support or good reason for it. As far as I know we don't reallly have any source or so that connects Willie or Webfoot to Matilda. In that sense there isn't that much regarding a marriage with Ludwig either, but at least there is Rosa's unofficial second tree. 

I don't think that middle names should necessarily all be mentioned on the tree, but I am fine with adding Donald's middle name, as it is I think quite well established as being his middle name. 

I personally believe Ludwig is Matilda's husband, I suggest Willie Waddle and Webfoot McWaddle, because Willie lives in Africa (Matilda was in Africa), maybe they married? Webfoot McWaddle had died, so maybe Matilda married him when she lived in the U.S., and she moved back to Scotland after his death, along with Scottie McTerrier's death, to watch over Castle McDuck. She seems to be a widow or not married in A Letter From Home.

They wouldn't be going on the tree proper - they'd just be noted in a section that would be called something like 'Dream relatives' or something like that

I just read the story. I also wasn't aware of it. But yes, I think it should count. At the wedding ceremony Daisy first agrees to the marriage (not knowing the groom is actually Glomgold). Then the mayor asks who the groom actually is, and Glomgold reveals that he is the groom. This basically interrupts the rest of the ceremony. But when Daisy later says that she then wants to marry Donald or Gladstone instead of Glomgold, the reply of the mayor is clearly that Daisy just has been married. So, her marriage to Glomgold should I think count as legal. The only doubt you could have is that later on, there is still the remark of Glomgold that "he was almost married", basically implying that the marriage didn't complete. But I think we can assume that the mayor should best know about the legal status, so that this should count as a marriage (even though it is very shortly, as Daisy wants to divorce directly by taking of the ring and marry either Donald or Gladstone, though the latter doesn't happen as the time gets past 12 midnight and they start celebrating Daisy's birthday).

I think this is as strange as Webby being April, and being Scrooge’s ‘daughter’. Speaking of, since Webby isn’t connected to her parents in this tree, in the original Ducktales she is their biological child, so maybe add her as a child of theirs’? In an episode from the original Ducktales, Scrooge almost marries Millinora Vanderbucks? I think she was his ex-fiancé.

I dunno, just the concept of Daisy marrying Glomgold of all people... it's on another level to me. Like, it's not quite Looney Tunes levels of bizarre, but it's certainly out there 

Regarding Webby = and Ducktales '17 in general - things were fairly difficult to keep in line. Generally speaking, we recognize these characters as their counterparts (So, the Scrooge in Ducktales '17 is, generally speaking, Scrooge McDuck). However, in some cases, they objectively have to be different characters.
April, May and June being clones means that they're not Daisy's nieces - so they have to be considered as separate characters.
On a similar note, Bubba from the original series can't be the same as Bubba from the new series - they're barely even the same species, let alone any other differences.
And, of course, this also ties to Webby and Beakley.
If Webby is a clone of Scrooge, she can't be the biological child of any other characters. As far as I know, the blood relation is never overtly specified in the original, but given the differences in their backstories, the original Beakley and '17 Beakley just aren't compatible.
It basically becomes a question of how far removed a character is before they can't really be thought of as the same one.
For Webby, Beakley, Bubba, May and June, the logic is that these versions of the characters are incompatible with their counterparts, and are just counted separately. I'd say the same would be done if Doofus Drake was ever added.

Regarding Millionara, I don't think she's eligible.
I just rewatched the episode (Till Nephews Do Us Part) and she's definitely not his ex - they meet for the first time in the episode, though Scrooge recognizes having read her profile in a business magazine.
The marriage itself also doesn't go through - Scrooge realizes at the altar that Millionara is only marrying him for money. She puts the ring on by herself, but Scrooge doesn't say 'I do' - and then Goldie blasts out of the wedding cake with a shotgun, telling him that he'd better not say it. (Yeah, it's certainly a fun episode)

I would like to see Doofus Drake, his parents, grandmother, and maybe adoptive brother Boyd (who also was the adoptive son of Mark Beaks in one episode, also where Goldie appears), I know he was seen as the future husband of Webby in the original series, so I guess he could be added.

Millionaira seems like the opposite of Brigitta, this episode definitely seems very interesting, with Donald, Gladstone, Gyro, Glomgold, and other Ducktales characters appearing in it, also Goldie's appearance with the shot gun is hilarious, Scrooge even says Goldie is his "one true love", but Goldie doesn't care...

A guy called Ronald claims to be Donald's cousin, and his family are basically a copy of Donald's. Scrooge doesn't trust them, and thinks that they're a branch that tricked his own.
Scrooge says the following: "Your ancestors played the con on my great-great-grandfather's great-grandfather and got the lousy field! I bet you wanted to play the con on me!"

The family don't recognize any of the mentioned relatives, and Donald comes to realize that Ronald just assumed they were related because they have the same last name - however, they're not actually related.

If nothing else, though, we know of Scrooge's distant ancestor, and an ancestor that scammed him. I would assume they're the two pictured, but that's speculative.
This is the Brazilian version, so I don't know if that tracks with the original.

Both the French and German version mention for Scrooge a great-great-grandfather. See here. So, that's maybe what's also mentioned in the original.

D 25251 is an odd case - it suggests Little Helper having family members. You could initially write it off as just a cover, but the French version from Les Trésors de Picsou 21 actually gives a description.

If you still want to write it off (which we maybe have to do, since Little Helper cannot really be Gyro's clone and have his own ancestors at the same time), then you can still argue that the French version says "... photographies qui suggèrent qu'il a une fiancée, des ancêtres et même des copains...", so the photos only suggest that they are his fiancée, ancestors and friends, which means that they not necessarily are.
