Seen it twice already, the second time to appreciate the details. (Inevitable for someone who watches American series with subtitles.)
COMMENT WITHOUT (SERIOUS) SPOILER Veeeeery good stuff. I am satisfied. The only weak point, as already pointed out, is that the adventures itself in Atlantis was very thin. But that's ok, because all the rest is there! Firstly and mostly, a wonderfulScrooge McDuck, especially from a comic point of view. The old duck is funny as hell. They nailed it. Also Donald is very nicely portrayed. Honestly, I really had a shiver in my back when I realized that I was watching for the first time on the screen the Donald that we know from the comics: smart and talkative, not only clumsy and hot-tempered. (I remember a couple of his appearances in the old DuckTales, but he looked like the usual old animation Donald to me therein.) Here Donny reasons and cares about things, does not just react to them! I like the nephews and Webby. This episode was completely focused on Dewey. I suppose we will discover more about the personality and the psychology of the other two little ducks in coming episodes. By the way, Webby and Louie are a promising comic duo. Ms. Beakley is cool, and the 'not your secretary' gag was very well exploited. Of course, McQuack is damn funny. But on him there was not much work to do, he was the best non-comics character from the original series. They did what they were supposed to do: not changing him and just giving him good comic situations. I did not like particularlythe design and characterization of Glomgold and his, ehm, belovedemployees. A bit a "bad guys" cliché. But I did not disliked them either, to be fair. Anyhow, hopefully there will be many other enemies yet to come. Donald himself, as he declares, cannot "take track of all of them".
COMMENT WITH SUPER MEGA SPOILER: I definitely think that the supernatural will be the explanation for the absence of Della. Donald and Scrooge talk seriously about one Spear of Selene. Could that be the cause for Della being unable of staying with her children?

"Selena" being the old name for the Moon, some folks over on TVtropes are theorizing that Della may have been stranded on the Moon (teleported there by the artifact, maybe), mirroring her "lost in space" status in the comics. Since clearly, with Della's pilot suit, they're using 80 is praachtig as their template, it wouldn't be that surprising.

KEEPING ON THE SUPER MEGA SPOILER:
Della blocked on the moon? Nah, I do not think so. Donald says to Scrooge "These is the Spear of Selene all over again" when talking about the fact that Scrooge goes to much into daring adventures. Could that be something that obliges you to go always into adventures, even forgetting about your family? That sounds like a more credible theory to me. You can sell it to your TVtropes friends, if you wish.
Anyhow, I am sure that the writers are not using an obscure Dutch story as a blueprint for handling a key character in the series. Especially considering that it was just a celebrative story for some Donald's birthday. One of those stories ending with an Asterix-style banquet featuring the Big Bad Wolf, Chip'an'Dale and Mickey Mouse*. Come on!
* Speaking of Mickey, at this point I hope that in future seasons Disney will remove the ban from using Mickey Mouse in Ducktales. Because I am pretty sure that these writers could arrange a cool cameo of a Gottfredson-like Mickey. (As you may know, the new DuckTales team has declared that they are authorized to use any character from all the historical animation and comics material as long as the mouse does not appear.)

Those "banquet" endings are frequent in anniversary stories. Either way, I'm not saying they're copying the story's Della bit by bit, but clearly they're taking some inspiration from it. It'd be quite the fantastical coincidence if they'd decided to make Della a pilot on their own.

KEEPING ON THE SUPER MEGA SPOILER:
Yeah, I know that those banquets are a tradition. (And I like it!) By the way, if the Big Bad Wolf shows up somewhere along the show I will scream of joy.
It is possible that they are taking inspiration from Geradts's idea on Della, I agree with you. But if not, I would just call it a coincidence, not a fantastic coincidence. I mean, look at Donald, all dressed as a sailor! How do you wanna dress up his twin sister (in case you decide not to dress her as a sailor too)? You must come up with something "similar but different". Like...a pilot? See, it's a simple connection. Many could take that solution. By the way, at the moment we only know that Ducktales's Della dresses as a pilot, not that she is a real one. Like Donald and the sailor suit.
Della blocked on the moon? Nah, I do not think so.
Ah, this remainds me good old times when "BAN TO THE MOON" was a My Little Pony Meme (for the context in that show it was a big plot point in the first season about Princess Celestia banning her sister Luna to the moon, which lead to her revange)
I think they want to tell that one story Rosa never did about Della being explorer who got lost. I do like she has a pilot theme, to contrast Donald being a sailor...

Know as Maciej Kur, Mr. M., Maik, Maiki, Pan, Pan Miluś and many other names.
I did felt sorry for them when Glomgold infromes them he is leaving them to die (even if that "The real treasure is treasure... that's why it's called treasure" line was funny) The part when he fires the torpedoes was by far most evil thing he did in the episode...
You would think Scrooge would report that Glomgold tried to openly murder him and his family but I asume he got use to it by now.

Okay, I caught a blooper. Scrooge is missing his spats here ...
He jumps in the water wearing them and has them on in the very next scene, still in the water, so no, he didn't take them off to swim (not that that's a thing, people swim with their spats on all the time).

I wonder if they would be able to at least namedrop Mouseton since Spoonerville, St. Canard and Cape Suzette have all been mentioned already.
According to me, the writers decided to give Huey the whole "comics characterization" of the nephews. Indeed, notice that Huey is not just the only JW. He's also the less exuberant nephew, and he seems to alternate insecurity/childish fear and JW-like hyper-wisdom, like in Barks's comics. Moreover, he is the only one dressed as in comics. I mean, they are trying to put it in our faces. This can be read in the Geox's view of "they want us to know that they know the comics". As if the writers of the series were saying to comics fans "here is one of your nephews, just to show you that if we wanted we could have given you want you conceive as canonical HD&L!".
As concerns me, I like all the three of them so far. Even the voices, honestly. (But I am not a fan of the Old DuckTales.)
